Terms & Conditions

Availability and Reservation

All services are available upon request. We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

To confirm accommodations, guides, boats, and transfer services, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required.

 

Payment Terms

The full balance due must be settled 30 days prior the scheduled arrival.

Punta Allen Fishing Club reserves the right to cancel any reservation not supported with the required deposit after a 3-week period.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 50% applies to all confirmed services.

In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the client's arrival, the full balance remains due.

Punta Allen Fishing Club reserves the right to cancel bookings if the full payment is not received within the stipulated time frame.

Amendments and Modifications

Any amendments or modifications to the reservation must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability.

Force Majeure

Punta Allen Fishing Club is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters or other events beyond our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for reservation purposes.

Any changes to the reservation details must be, promptly, communicated in writing with Punta Allen Fishing Club.

 

Right of Refusal

Punta Allen Fishing Club reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to, improper conduct or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
